Use the simplest tool that meets the need
Not every task needs generative AI. A prepared-answer chatbot can help visitors find approved information about services, prices and how to make contact. A defined workflow may benefit from a small automation pilot instead.
We start by understanding the task, the people involved and what a correct result looks like. That makes it easier to choose between prepared answers, a workflow change and an AI prototype.
Three different starting points
Each option has a separate scope. A website FAQ demonstration is not evidence of a production AI system, and a prototype is not an agreement to connect to live client records.
- A rules-based website FAQ assistant with up to 20 approved answers and human handover.
- An automation pilot for one defined administrative workflow with agreed test cases.
- An AI assistant prototype for one focused use case using approved sample information.
Test the limits as well as the useful cases
Agree what the tool should answer, what it should decline and when a person needs to take over. Testing should include unclear questions, missing information and cases outside the agreed task.
Our own FAQ assistant is a prepared-answer demonstration running in the browser. It explains the offer and provides a route to a person. It does not send questions to an external AI model or promise an answer to every question.
Scope access and costs before rollout
Integrations, production deployment, access permissions and external usage costs are assessed separately. Before using personal or confidential information, agree the processing instructions, security and provider arrangements for the project.
An initial discussion can use a description of the task and non-sensitive examples. Keep passwords, employee records and client datasets out of the public enquiry form. Based in Randburg, we discuss the delivery arrangements for each South African business and its chosen scope.
Common questions
What AI or automation can you help with?
An automation pilot starts at an estimated R2,500 for one defined workflow and tests. An AI assistant prototype starts at an estimated R3,500 for one focused use case with approved sample information and human-reviewed testing. Production, access permissions and external usage costs require an agreed scope.
Can I have a chatbot like this?
Yes. A prepared-answer FAQ assistant starts at an estimated R1,500 for up to 20 approved FAQs and a human handover. This demonstration uses local rules and approved answers. A generative AI prototype starts at an estimated R3,500 for one use case; production is scoped separately.
How is my information handled?
Studio choices stay in this browser tab until you choose to share them. The enquiry form sends your details and selected concept to our business mailbox. Read Privacy for retention and your rights. Please do not enter passwords, employee records or sensitive client data here.
