Who is responsible?
Invisible Consulting is the trading brand of Invisible Consulting and Solutions, registration 2024/679036/07. We determine how information is used for our website enquiries and act as the responsible party for that use.
Business correspondence address: Unit 14, Finsbury, 32 Tin Road, Bromhof, Randburg, Gauteng, South Africa, 2154. This is a correspondence address; please arrange any meeting beforehand.

Browsing, concepts and quick answers
You can explore our services without submitting an enquiry. The Idea Studio keeps your choices in this browser tab’s session storage so you can develop a concept and carry it into the contact form. Use “Start again” to reset the concept. A browser may restore tabs and their storage; avoid entering confidential information.
The FAQ assistant matches your questions to prepared answers in your browser. It does not send those questions to an external AI model or store a server-side chat transcript.
What an enquiry collects
The contact form collects your name, email, optional telephone number, selected service, message and any concept you choose to include. The concept contains the business/project name, idea text, service type and colour choice shown before submission.
Supplying an enquiry is voluntary. The marked required fields let us identify and reply to you; we cannot use the form to reply without a working email address. We do not need identity documents, passwords, payment-card details, employee records or confidential client datasets for an initial enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to respond, discuss your requirements, prepare a quote and manage work you request. The applicable justification may include steps towards a service agreement, performance of an agreement, appropriate legitimate interests in responding and securing our services, and legal duties. Acknowledging this notice is separate from consent to marketing.
This form does not add you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell enquiry details or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects from the studio or FAQ tool.
Where your information goes
Your submitted enquiry is sent through Afrihost to info@invisibleconsulting.co.za. Your chosen concept is included as a structured JSON attachment so we can review your visual direction. There is no separate website lead database or public gallery of your concept.
Access is limited to the business owner and specifically authorised assistance for the enquiry. Business email may also be synchronised to Microsoft cloud services through Outlook and accessed on authorised devices. If you choose WhatsApp, that conversation is processed through WhatsApp’s service as well as by us.
These providers may process information outside South Africa. POPIA section 72 governs international transfers; the applicable provider agreement, protections and transfer basis must support the transfer. Contact us about current arrangements before sharing sensitive information. Client projects requiring personal-information access need their own agreed processing terms.
Technical information and cookies
Hosting systems may record IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser/device information for operation and security. Provider log retention is controlled by the hosting arrangements. The enquiry form uses a necessary session cookie for submission security; it is not an advertising cookie.
Our anti-abuse limiter keeps an hourly keyed IP-derived counter in a private location outside the public website. This is pseudonymous technical information, not anonymous data. Old counters are removed on a subsequent limiter request after 24 hours. The application does not save enquiry content or raw IP addresses in its own logs.
No visitor analytics, advertising trackers, external fonts or third-party embedded video players are enabled in this version. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
Retention and protection
Enquiries are retained in business email. Our retention procedure calls for inactive enquiries to be reviewed for deletion after six months. This is a manual mailbox review, not an automatic deletion feature. Ongoing services, legal duties and disputes may justify retaining relevant records longer under the applicable schedule.
Mailbox copies, authorised devices and provider backups have separate deletion processes. HTTPS protects website submissions in transit. Ordinary email is not end-to-end encrypted, and no website can promise absolute security. Please arrange a suitable protected route before sending sensitive client information.
Your rights
Subject to POPIA’s requirements and lawful exceptions, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access, correction or deletion, object to applicable processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawing consent does not undo earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate identity checks to protect your information when responding.
Send requests to info@invisibleconsulting.co.za with “Privacy request” in the subject. Please do not send identity documents until we agree what verification is necessary and how to provide it securely.
Questions or a complaint
You may contact us first, or approach South Africa’s Information Regulator. Its published enquiries contact is enquiries@inforegulator.org.za and 010 023 5200. The Regulator’s POPIA page provides current complaint and rights information.
This notice concerns website visitors and enquiries. Confidential client information is governed by the project’s agreed instructions and safeguards. We update this notice when the process changes; the date above identifies this version.
